How to Request Account Deletion
If you are a driver or employee using Niteflyer, please contact your company administrator to request account deletion.
If you are a company owner or administrator, you may request deletion of a user account by contacting NiteFlyer support at [email protected].
Please include:
- Company name
- User’s full name
- User’s registered email address or phone number
- Confirmation that the company authorizes deletion
Data Deleted
Upon approval, NiteFlyer will delete or anonymize personal account information, including:
- User profile information
- Contact information
- Login credentials
- Personal documents, where permitted by applicable regulations
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for legal, accounting, security, audit, transportation compliance, or contractual purposes, including:
- Trip records
- Operational logs
- Audit logs
- Financial and invoicing records
Retention Period
Retained information is kept only for the period required by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, or legitimate business requirements. After the retention period expires, the data is securely deleted.
